Accommodation information and booking conditions

  • As there are always only a certain number of hotel rooms held each year at the selected hotels, it is recommended to book early to ensure you receive the best rates secured for conference attendees.
  • Please note that that the preferred hotel rates are valid till 14 September 2024. Any further bookings after this date will depend on availability and the best rate will be provided at the time of the request. 
  • The rates indicated below are valid from Sunday 15 September through to Friday 20 September inclusive. Should you require accommodation outside of the specified dates then these will be on request. 
  • On booking you will need to provide credit card details to guarantee your booking. These details will be forwarded directly to the hotel. Please note the hotel payment details in the hotel description listed below as some may require payment in full at 30 days or 21 days prior to the conference where some may just require payment on check in.
  • Important: Please note that if you are providing credit card details that are NOT in the name of the booking, then a Third-Party Authorisation Form must be completed for the hotel booked to confirm that this card may be used for payment.
  • Each hotel also has their own cancellation conditions, please note these details noted in each hotel description below.
  • A receipt will be provided by the hotel on checkout.

  • If you are sharing a room, then please note the name of this person on the booking form for the hotel’s information.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations from 21 to one day prior to arrival and no shows will incur a 100% of the booking period cancellation fee.

Parking:
Valet parking is available at $60 per day. Should you wish to use the hotel parking facilities you should advise the hotel at least 3 days prior to arrival. Further self-parking is available at a discounted rate of $17 per exit at Care Car Park at Siddeley Street Dockland. Validation tickets are required.

‘Carepark’ is conveniently located across the road from the hotel and is available at a discounted rate of $25 per vehicle per day. To redeem this rate, you must exchange for a pass at reception.
